T map Buddy
The T Map Buddy service utilizes contacts stored in smartphones, offering our mobile service a 'Group Driving' experience.
Friends with similar destinations for travel or appointments can easily share their current locations and enjoy seamless communication while driving.
Work Process
After engaging in discussions with the client, we gained a holistic understanding of their requirements.
Internally, we analyzed competitors and established a service position map. Subsequently, through an idea workshop,
we brainstormed a multitude of ideas to identify functional elements that would enhance the competitiveness of our service.

UX Strategy
We organized an internal ideation workshop to identify key entertaining elements for the service. During the workshop,
we proposed gamification features, including a walkie-talkie function and point incentives, to the client.
The entertaining features received positive feedback and were ultimately approved for implementation in the service.
We reached an agreement to integrate these features, and they have now been successfully incorporated into the service.
